HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Granite Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
