HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Ember Financial is a financial-services company in Fresno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
