HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Fern Freight is a Fresno logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
