HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Sable Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
