HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Fresno design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
