HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pine Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 804 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
