HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Wilder Community Partners is a nonprofit in Fresno supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
