HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak West Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
