HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Ivory Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 585 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules.
