HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Field Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
