HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Pike Community Partners is a El Paso charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
