HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Timber Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
