HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Fern Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
