HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Corner Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
