HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Ivory Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 605 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
