HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Orchard Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
