HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Stone Arts Center Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
