HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in El Paso with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
