HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Cedar Legal Group is a law firm in El Paso serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
