HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
