HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Loom Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
