HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Stone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
