HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Clear Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in El Paso focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
