HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Care Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
