HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Nest Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
