HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Wilder Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
