HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Quill Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
