HR Business Partner - employee relations (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Field Financial is a financial-services company in Detroit, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
