HR Business Partner - employee relations (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meadow Manufacturing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
