HR Business Partner - employee relations (Des Moines, IA)

Nova Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Des Moines, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
