HR Business Partner - employee relations (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Timber Property Management Partners is a Des Moines property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 703 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
