HR Business Partner - employee relations (Denver, CO)

Cedar Oak Legal Group provides legal services in Denver across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
