HR Business Partner - employee relations (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
