HR Business Partner - employee relations (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Hollow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Denver area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We invest in training. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
