HR Business Partner - employee relations (Denver, CO)

Northwind Corner Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
