HR Business Partner - employee relations (Denver, CO)

Northwind Amber Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 585 people based in Denver. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
