HR Business Partner - employee relations (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
