HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Nova Oak Civic Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
