HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Birch Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Dallas presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
