HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Wilder Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
