HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Clear Energy Group is an energy provider in Dallas focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
