HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Ivory Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
