HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Linden Facilities Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
