HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Field Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
