HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Glen Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
