HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Dallas working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
