HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cedar Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
