HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Amberfield Ashton Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Dallas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
