HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Amber Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
