HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Beacon Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Dallas plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
